Terms & Conditions

• You must inform us by email of telephone, of any damage, however minimal, caused to the hot tub.
• You have use of the hot tub for seven days. If you do not return the hot tub immediately at the end of the agreed hire period, we reserve the right to charge you £100 for each additional seven days that the hot tub is not returned.
• By using the hot tub, you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the ‘Instructions for Use’.
• You agree to take good care of the hot tub whilst it is in your possession.
• You will attach the safety cover to the hot tub at all times that a competent adult is not supervising the hot tub. This is for the safety of children.
• You agree to test the water every day using the test strips supplied, and to treat the water as set out in the Water Treatment Guide.
